it will only use the pci slot on the mainboard, done.

h110 is the baseline of features, after that comes b150, h170 and the one with the most is z170 (memory and cpu overclocking if you own a 6600k/6700k).

With this $15 Firewire card fits nicely into your $800 USD budget. I'd look into downgrading the GPU and maybe PSU (but be careful!) if you need to decrease the price to include a monitor, peripherals, etc.
