I enjoy protein powders such as Spiru-teen (comes in many flavors, easy to get in smaller, less expensive containers at Whole foods, etc), and others that have some added vitamins and minerals. This Vega One is a little expensive, but very yummy. It comes in smaller containers, too, at Whole Foods type stores.

I like to mix them with 1-2 frozen bananas (peel, break into fourths, freeze in ziplock bags) and a handful of spinach in a blender. I use milk or rice milk or water and blend. It's quite yummy. A few tablespoons of yogurt is a great addition, too.

It takes some time, but it's really worth it!
