Get these, trim original dvd cover to fit in the front, problem solved....
I need about 20 of them and pretty quickly so I was looking at these:

Just get some of these, approximately $ .50 per case. They are nearly identical to the cases which Sony uses... IMO the best cases.

The paper cover on the case still looks like it's in relatively good condition. You could get a blank Blu-ray case and then put the paper cover in that and it would look just fine besides that little corner but at least the spine would look good on your shelf and the case wouldn't be all cracked up
