Pretty sure Amazon. I think it's this but not 100% positive. My girlfriend bought it before she moved out and stuck me taking care of the dog, and she put it in a different small spray bottle but I vaguely remember seeing that Vets Best logo laying around.

It sure beats taking him to the vet every month and paying like $60+ for ear infection medicine.
