Sorry about that!
The computer is a Dell studio XPS desktop 9100. i7 processor 3.2GHz, 12gb ram, 64 bit.

The machine is running in normal power mode.
I'm using a standard IEEE1394 to IEEE1394 cable. (from PC to interface)
I have another Monoprice cable on the way just to make sure I'm not using a faulty firewire cable.

Computer see's the card and "installed drivers successfully".
I'm just so flustered that it's not working. Ask me anymore details. Ill be more than happy to answer them!
