ok so first you have channel 9 and 12 that are vhf that you might get

I would not expect a 4228 to get them for you.. it might .. but its not tuned for anything under channel 14

when you are selecting an antenna and maybe an amp combo you add that to your nmdb and you want to stay below about 85db so you don't overload your tv tuner so for your top station 66+12db antenna is 78.. you are getting close there because tuners and these figures are normally off if you add an amp you will probably lose NBC MyNetwork PBS but pbs is to the east so you will probably get that with lower power if you are pointing northwest

Fox is going to be your trouble one its 22 with edge 1 so there is some obstruction from hills or something in your area..

You didn't add a height to your tv fool that I see so you need to do that ..

they have a version of this antenna without an amp or you could try using this one without the amp

https://www.amazon.com/ViewTV-VT-0966V-Digital-Amplified-Outdoor/dp/B01M9G2XZW

its probably 4 feet tall 2 feet wide and has a vhf dipole at the top...

either that one .. or search for the same thing without an amp .. make sure it has the same number of v shaped dipoles and the dipole rod

I'm in swva actually.

But the antenna I had to get cause of all the mountains around here was this one on amazon. I'm lucky that most stations in my area are in the same general direction.

Check out this site to see what stations are in your area and the direction of their broadcast antenna to point towards. How far away and the directions of all of them affect what antenna is best for you.
