This bag works quite well and sounds like what you're looking for. Can be folded to easily be carried or you can hang it upright as well.
Can you bring a garment bag instead of a backpack? This one was great for my week long business trip.

If not, I would steam them in the shower when I get there of see if you want to invest in a handheld steamer(or learn how to iron). You can youtube some folding techniques, but those shirts are gonna get messed up regardless.
