Gloves can actually weaken your grip.
>Gloves Kill Grip Strength - thicker bars are harder to grip. Gloves add inches to the bar which will kill your grip strength on pulling exercises like Deadlifts, Rows or Pullups. And if you can't hold it, you can't lift it.

You should focus more on strengthening your grip. Buy one of these to help, but what I've heard of people doing is gripping the bar as hard as they can on every lift they do. Try to crush the bar in your hands when you squat, press, bench, all of that.
Why is chalk not allowed? They make clear chalk you can use for gyms that won't allow it. I think they sell it on amazon.
That and google "grip strength training". A lot of people have your same problem.
edit to add you can also try straps - although I wouldn't recommend this pair and you should do research on the best way to use them
Straps would be better to use than gloves.

This forces your wrist and hand to be doing the work. I don't have any pinching problems like your talking about.
