I have this supplement and i take anywhere from 500mg to 3000mg. Not consistently though. The times Ive taken it daily Ive just stayed at 1 500mg capsule in the morning for up to a week. 500mg is more of a subtle energy boost. At 3g grams i noticed my heart rate is increased substantially and perverted sexual thoughts become difficult to avoid.
