I just bought an actual fitness log for lifting. Like this. Honestly, if you're wanting to track lifting and try to increase your weight, you might want that type of log. Idk if you're the same, but I absolutely would not want to take my regular bullet journal to the gym lol! And there wouldn't be enough space in it to regularly track exercises and reps and weight anyway 😊
