Probably Xiaomi Mi Band 3 (I own the previous model) or Huawei Smart band 2 (I own it)

Both have heart rate and last for 20days to a month!.

You don't call them watches, cause are thin, but do the job pretty well!

I have hearing loss and I found that "Xiaomi Mi Band" works quite well. The software is very good and you can set-up multiple alarms. The way you choose. The vibration is strong enough to wake-up the person. Best yet: it will not disturb your husband/wife.
