I got mine over the weekend from Amazon, and it appears as if it'll charge both at once. I don't have a 26650 mod just yet to confirm, but bought this charger in anticipation.

Specs say it has USB charging, but with these lower end devices, I wouldn't necessarily trust the device to do a good job. Even on more expensive mods, I get much better results from my Xtar charger than from the usb port - batteries charge faster and last longer with the separate charger.
