Retired collegiate swimmer, I went a few years of racing without having a wetsuit. The water temps at my local races tend to be 70-80 F during summer months. Last year I did get an Xterra and have enjoyed it so far. I would go sleeveless and something a little on the thinner side since you probably dont need the buoyancy. You could also look at a swim skin which will probably be my next swim related purchase since I'm comfortable in cooler water.
