What I find is that between 3am and 5am is release of energy time for a lot of cats. I live in the basement apartment of my daughter's home and she has four cats that do the Nascar race chase around the house between those times. My cat sleeps with me and in our Eight years, he has done the 3am race maybe three times, that I know about. Generally, when I am sleeping, he is sleeping in my lap.

It is hard to know what may be bothering your cat. Sleeping all day, kitty might be awake all night and because blind and new surroundings is just scared. If kitty will let you hold her, try that, even wrapped up like one would a baby, for comfort. You could try a ticking clock wrapped in a blanket in her bed, like some do for kitten's and puppies to help them not feel alone.

Try some catnip before bed. My cat gets real active, rolls around on the floor like a dog, and then crashes for hours. It is fun to watch the fun he is having. Hopefully the plug-in will help.

Check with your Vet, I am sure that they will be able to help you with this issue. You can also try Zylkene https://www.amazon.com/Vetoquinol-Zylkene-Behavior-Support-Capsules/dp/B01M01AD0U/ref=sxin__ac_d_rm?ac_md=0-0-enlsa2VuZQ%3D%3D-ac_d_rm&keywords=Zylkene&pd_rd_i=B01M01AD0U&pd_rd_r=2ef90944-610c-4c16-a375-223ec9423dd7&pd_rd_w=ADpaE&pd_rd_wg=sopJZ&pf_rd_p=983984df-2ad2-4c97-ba7f-4c5a90291c2b&pf_rd_r=Z6XABQWY39M51HM3EVSE&psc=1&qid=1571808938 This works very well.

All the best of luck, nothing worse than an upset furry baby and they can't tell you what is wrong.
