If you have time, i strongly recommend doing some meditation. if you haven't done that before, here is what I did for my dad. He is terrified of hospitals and surgery, because his father passed away in a hospital (old age). My stepmom would put them on every night, and they would fall asleep listening to them. I also gave them to a coworker who was terrified of an upcoming surgery, and she converted them to MP3s and put them on her iPod.
Both my dad and coworker had awesome procedures, their surgical staff was amazing, and they healed very well postoperatively. I recommend either or both of those discs wholeheartedly.

Perhaps 2002 ? They often have a symbol between the two zeros so is "clock time like" the album I linked too is an ocean scene. And they are very mellow and chill... Read new age.
