Got to say i am a big fan of the Unicorn Beetle case. I had one for my Nexus 6P for years and bought one for my Pixel 3 XL as soon as i got one. It is a bit bulky but it protects great. my Nexus still looked brand new when I took it out of the case. It has built in screen protection and great drop protection. I work as a police k-9 handler and wear my phone on my duty belt daily through all kinds of weather and situations and it has protected my phones beautifully. Check it out.

I got this one from Amazon, it only had 3 reviews, but I'm really impressed with it. It's a bit bulky but I like it. This was for the non XL.

The buttons work great and the sounds still sounds good. Consequently, anyone have good screen protector suggestions? Preferably the full sticky ones, not the ones with glue only on the edges.

I have the Pixel 2 version of this one and really like it. It's survived multiple drops and tumbles and kept my P2 safe and secure.

I use the a moment case since it has an attachment for a wrist strap and is compatible with this wide angle lens I got as a gift for Christmas. I've managed to drop my phone twice (once while biking) and my phone survived without a scratch. I've also heard really good thing about this Spigen case.

I use the Nillkin H+ screen protector, this is an edge-to-edge clear TGSP. The quality of the glass is good quality with a working oleophobic coating. I would only caution that you get only one and it is the EXACT width of the screen - meaning if you mess up the install you're going to need another one. Other than that, I recommend it.

I saw similar protectors, the OMOTON ones on Amazon, and it comes with 2 and has an install guide. It also seems to cover more area by the cameras, whether that is better or worse (not sure of any possible glare but probably is fine). Reviews look favorable.

it was fairly easy to install (no bubbles, got it on straight on the second try), you just have to center it so it hits all of the flat part before the edges curve. It's chipped in a few places by now (in use 3 months) and has one big crack across the middle but not enough for me to replace it yet - and better that it crack than my screen!

This isn't wireless, but it's very close and it's what I've been extremely happy with for my last several phones.

I bought these last week and they work great with my Pixel3.

They say "slow charging" when I use them from a computer with underpowered USB ports, but they charge normally (very quickly) when I plug these cables into a charger that supports the full 3.1 amps.

I really can't ask for more than that in a cable...

Edit- Although I have had to unplug and replug them a couple times to get the pixel to begin to charge. Perhaps that's all you need to do with your current cables?

I originally pre-ordered mine and it came with the stand. I shortly after returned both of them as the phone went on sale (without the stand) and I bought the same phone again at the sale price.


Personally, I never used the stand; though it was in my kitchen. If you had it in your bedroom might be different but there are much cheaper wireless chargers to be had.

Personally I don't like phone cases so I go minimal to protect the glass back and hold the screen off the table by a tiny bit if I put it face down. I am using this Spigen one, works fine with my wireless chargers.

I got a new pack of Omoton protectors from Amazon. You get 4 for $9. All is good on my phone. No Halo. I used these on my 6p and now my p3.

I ended up going with this Sabrent USB-C external stereo adapter. For $9 its not too bad.

The car isn't the problem, the charger you have plugged in is. Buy this and use the C port.
