Man that sucks. I know you hate that job so I really hope you can find another one soon. That is probably what is causing this crushing depression because you have to deal with it (the job) on a daily damn basis.
I guess the only upside, if you can call it that, is to realize that once you do get out of that job the depression will lift.
Recently a friend of mine recommended a book to me, it's called The subtle art of not giving a fuck.... and said it was the best book because it basically teaches you how to deal with negative shit without letting it wreck your entire mood and existence. She recommended it to me because I also have a situation that depresses me that I need to deal with, so I plan to get this book very soon. Maybe it would be a good read for you too? It got a lot of amazing reviews.

Oh yeah, want to mention this stretchy sports tape on Amazon. There's a better deal for 15 rolls if you just want biege but this has neon pink and that's sexy. I have a bad knee that wakes me up too. It's not a fix but the compression seems to help a little.
do not use turbo yeast, take it from someone who has a friend, that has a dog that has made a few drops of alcoholic beverages... Turbo yeast will make it taste like you are drinking from that old guy at the gyms dirty racquetball socks. Use either a ale yeast us-05 or if you want to go cheap use something like ec-1118 and make sure there us no preservatives in whatever you are fermenting
It's a bizarre staple, but if you're in a pinch it's nice as an inexpensive source of protein.
If you've never tried them, give these a shot; they're not as sweet as American beans and seem to work ten times better for beans on toast.
I bought one of these to keep from having to unscrew and rescrew the bottle which I do about 10 times a night. It's nice :)
Yeah putting dried turmeric in to the drink is fine, you just won't be able to strain it out, so it can be a little less palatable like that (the turmeric will settle to the bottom). I get coconut milk in cans from the Asian food section of grocery stores. Also found on amazon
Sriracha is cock sauce. In all honestly it's actually fucking delicious cock sauce.
They make alarms for kids that clip to your underwear. Something like this. Depending on how hard you are to wake up, this could be helpful. I'm sure diapers would work, but that feels like giving in to the piss to me.
Flasks are great, but your problem on a trip that won't include many social opportunities for drinking is volume. A flask will not get you through a three day weekend. Pack a handle or two in the suitcase, refill flask as necessary. Invest in some disposable ones so you can just chuck them discretely when you're finished with them. These are the ones I use:
