That fit is called a skater dress or fit and flare, super popular right now and can be found basically everywhere. Pretty sure the one she's wearing is H&M from at least 2011.

Update: I did some research, and here are more specifics of what I'm looking for. Thanks to everyone for your help!

• Men's dress shoes that can be worn sockless with jeans
  
• Like the picture, in tan or light brown. I like the creases and coloration that have developed naturally on her shoes!
  
• The style she's wearing is an Oxford, with cap toe and brogue (the decorative leather stamping often seen on wingtip shoes)
  
• Lighter-colored soles
  
• Soles that aren't too heavy / clunky, combined with leather that isn't terribly stiff, so it moulds to the food and is comfortable. Yes, all leather will mould to your foot, but some men's dress shoes are so stiff that that would take forever and never really be comfy
  
• Along the lines of fit, one of the striking things about the shoes she's wearing is that the heel fits nicely due to the heel cup, and while the toe is pointed, it isn't too firm and pointed.
  
• I really should have just asked her where she got her shoes when I saw her on the bus, but I didn't know that I'd want them that much on further reflection!

so it seems to split between pretty cheap imported skirts that you can get from any where... like this and this and this that might be worth a try but might look cheap. the other (better, imo) option is handmade from etsy. then you can get exactly what you want! I found several vendors who seem to make custom formal skirts- chiffon maxi, another option or a satin option. most of them would do a custom order if you are looking for something very specific. good luck!

These don't have the irregular placement but are pretty! FYI - I searched for "mesh diamond chandelier earring" or "mesh crystal dangle earring" and got some good hits.

This might be completely off the mark (and assumptive since it's women's fashion), but I bought this cardigan from Amazon a while ago. It's really cheaply made (seriously, loose threads everywhere), but I am in love with the fit, color, and design. Super soft, too.

the tommy coat seems to be the best resemblance but i don't like the price

I wasn't able to find an exact match to your mother's glove, but I did find a couple options from a pricy company if you want real leather and fur: fox fur, rabbit fur, another rabbit fur. If you want much cheaper (but also probably pretty low quality), there's some options on amazon.

Personally, I don't wear real leather (unless it's second hand) or fur, so there are some options with vegan / faux alternatives, like these, these, and these--all very similar in style.

Look at the brand MUXXN on Amazon. I have two of their dresses. Very vintage look to the dresses but modern, kinda stretchy fabric. I love how I look in both of the dresses I have from them and get compliments whenever I wear them.

tighter fit but not white

I was just looking at options last night for dupes, I own a pair of black Calvin Klein pumps
I’m thinking of customising. Angelus sells red paint
with a hardening agent specifically for repair of the soles of your heels (usually Louboutins). However. There are reviewers that say they have needed to use about 3 coats to create their dupes then put a high gloss coat finisher on that to protect the paint (which is highly recommended for prolonging the life of the paint). If you are interested still in that red sole without spending boatloads, it can be a helluva saver. Good luck!
