I haven't used that one but I think I've seen other users say it's good. I use this one:

http://www.amazon.com/TUDCA-by-Brawn-Nutrition/dp/B00DXFSKIS/ref=pd_sim_hpc_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=1V80BPSQYZSTB422YSYV

I know that this one is good because I actually allowed myself to cycle so long with orals and tren that I ended up with yellow eyes. This was before I knew about TUDCA. So anyway, after being scared to death and doing serious research on learned about TUDCA and bought a lot off amazon. I took 4 pills a day for about 2 months and then got blood work. My liver values where better than they were than my very first blood test which was done before I ever touched a single AAS. So anyway, this is how I know this stuff is good stuff. I feel like I have before and after blood work plus yellow eyes to know this stuff is the bomb. I now always use it on cycle and have used with heavy doses of tren (1 G a week) plus sdrol and I'm still good to go.

As the other guys said, Hitachi wand is always a winner. I'd only buy one for an SO though, they're not cheap and nobody likes reusing somebody else's sex toys. Vibrating cockrings look goofy but are tons of fun, if you get your girl (assuming you're straight) riled up enough it basically feels like lightning bolts are shooting out of your cock every time you push it all the way in. Something like this
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B011L83SC6/ref=mp_s_a_1_10_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1503243929&sr=8-10&keywords=vibrating+cock+ring
But there's a million different styles.

Also always keep a few rolls of bondage tape around
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01N532SLK/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1503244255&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=bondage+tape&dpPl=1&dpID=41tYWcyn-nL&ref=plSrch
You will never run out of uses: binding hands and feet, gags, blindfolds, you can make a whole costume out of it if you're artsy.

That should be enough to keep you going for a while haha, good luck!

Ah ha. Things become much clearer now.

The major compound lifts that should be the cornerstones of any strength program are the bench press, the standing (or military) press, the deadlift, and the back squat. They're called compound lifts because they work lots of different muscle groups at once.

If you've only been lifting for a month, I have some really great news for you. You're still a novice.

This means that, instead of using programs like you linked to, you can use a much simpler program that has you increasing the weight every single time you touch a barbell. Programs like Stronglifts 5x5 and Starting Strength (my personal favorite) are intended for people such as yourself.

Also, since you're still a novice, I can't in good conscience recommend you start using AAS now. In part because with a program that uses linear weight increases, you're going to start getting a lot stronger awfully fast anyway, and also because your tendons and ligaments will take a real beating if you let AAS help your muscles outrun the development of the rest of your connective tissues.

Nah fuck bananas, 1/4 teaspoon of this has more potassium than a banana. Don't go overboard, just shake it once or twice over your food. I use it on my meet/eggs while they cook, popcorn, etc. I miss my soy sauce but I feel better.

Coconut water also has a ton of potassium. The idea is to get a balanced ratio of potassium:sodium, whereas unless you actively incorporate foods like mushrooms, oranges, bananas - the average diet is sodium heavy, especially if you don't cook your own food.

Stan Efferding talks about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGdw1GQV_y8

Celery acts as a vasodialator and has a ton of fiber, both help bp. u/platewrecked recommends 3 stalks/day. I just chomp them while my food cooks.

Honestly, lisinopril is super cheap and very effective with no sides ime. Sometimes a tiny pill is way cheaper than the trial and error of natural remedies.

Could someone shill and post something like:

> I only use OverpricedProteinX from ShadyVendor.com

If the answer is "yes", then it would be against the rules of the sub.

If it's just the brand, it's probably OK.

> I like ON Gold Standard whey

or even

> I like NOW Food Whey. You can get it at Amazon.

is OK.

Items more directly related to AAS such as prohormones, cycle support, pct supplies will still be against the rules even if they're available through Amazon or another approved vendor.

I ended up getting some shorts that were like chubbies in Amazon.

MaaMgic Mens Short Swim Trunks... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078NK3SC9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

WUAMBO Men's Solid Board Shorts... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C5NHS3S?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I love wearing these shorts now swimming. My quads almost don’t fit so it keeps the shorts nice and tight and shows off the gains. Girls love them too, I got a lot of compliments on em

I think 10k is a pretty good number for deliberately walking a decent amount for an otherwise inactive person. For me 10k steps is about 5 miles. I have a desk job and lift 6 days per week. If I don't actively go for a 20 minute walk during the day at work and a few more intentional walks, even doing laps in my basement in the evening, I'll get more like 4 or 5k steps in a day, which seems like nothing to me.

I'm currently on week 4 of a cut (natty now, no AAS) and I realize NEAT (beyond intentional walks) probably goes down beyond my control versus a bulk. This is especially why I'm shooting for 10k steps in a day now, whereas during maintenance my goal for the day is more like 7k.

If you're getting in that 4 mile walk besides trips to the bathroom, kitchen, to the car, etc. you are probably in a pretty good spot. I wouldn't pay much mind to NEAT (besides steps) or you could drive yourself crazy. Pay more attention to diet and the scale, things you can control.

Never done DNP but good luck with it.

Here's the Garmin I have, its basic compared to some but I have nothing bad to say about it. https://www.amazon.com/Garmin-v%C3%ADvosport-Fitness-Activity-Monitoring/dp/B074KD6XDY?th=1

You'll hear it a lot here, but read the wiki. There are books linked in there too.

https://www.reddit.com/r/steroids/wiki/index

It'll help if you keep reading this "Ask anything thread" for awhile too.

On the non-steroids side of things, consider reading something like Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. It's very conversational and even entertaining, but will help you nail down form before you lock in the wrong way of doing something. I highly recommend focusing on basic compound barbell lifts before you try anything exotic. You have to build a strong base before you can sculpt it.

Wrist mounted heart rate monitors suck. 75% accurate at best.

You want an ANT heart rate belt like this. But you need something ANT compatible to use it and I dont know of any phones that have ANT recievers.

My family and I use Suunto Ambit 2 watches. Its a full blown fitness computer. Fuull GPS, run tracking, heart rate monitor.

Thanks to the answers to one of my other Q's in this thread I've decided to get a shampoo with 1% Ketoconazole but I'm being much more specific with the question. Which of these do you guys like more?

Nizoral or L'emarie (or something different?)

I realize Nizoral is the most popular but I would love something less harsh on my hair and the L'emarie is marketed much differently than the "anti-dandruff" Nizo and just seems to be made by gentler people although it still says "DHT blocker".

I originally saw the link for these shirts in an old Off-Topic thread:

This T-shirt in Navy, Olive, Light Gray, & Dark Gray

I used to just grab either the Uniqlo solid T's or J Crew factory, and I like these a lot better and they're mad cheap. For size reference, I'm 6' 215 and wear a large in this shirt. My chest measurement is something like 44", and it fits tight, but not shockingly tight around the chest and hangs with a taper without hugging my torso like an underarmour shirt. Arms might be tight for some people; I've got super long arms, so un-flexed they aren't as thick as some of these other guys, but the arm holes are pretty snug still.

> If it was that easy everyone would do it it's.

You are seriously seriously seriously seriously overestimating people's intelligence.

Lowfat diets drive T into the ground:

Low-fat high-fiber diet decreased serum and urine androgens in men.

Effects of dietary fat and fiber on plasma and urine androgens and estrogens in men: a controlled feeding study.

I can't find the damn studies, but there were a number of Authors who doubled or Tripled their Natural Testosterone levels (and posted bloodwirk) by changing their diet

Testosterone Week: How I Doubled My Testosterone Levels Naturally and You Can Too | The Art of Manliness

Triple Your Testosterone Cheat Sheet by Tim Ferriss

The testosterone book. How to increase your testosterone 100% naturally: The truth about what works to increase your testosterone. Scientifically proven, with the most in-depth research. Kindle Edition

Edit: Here we go, Evidence-based recommendations for natural bodybuilding contest preparation: nutrition and supplementation

>Reductions in the percentage of dietary fat in isocaloric diets from approximately 40% to 20% has resulted in modest, but significant, reductions in testosterone levels [53, 54]. However, distinguishing the effects of reducing total dietary fat on hormonal levels from changes in caloric intake and percentages of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in the diet is difficult [51, 52, 55]. In a study by Volek et al. [51], correlations were found between testosterone levels, macronutrient ratios, types of lipids, and total dietary fat, illustrating a complex interaction of variables. In a similar study of resistance trained males, correlations were found between testosterone, protein, fat and saturated fat which lead the researchers to conclude that diets too low in fat or too high in protein might impair the hormonal response to training [52]

>Competing bodybuilders must make an obligatory caloric reduction. If a reduction in fat is utilized, it may be possible to attenuate a drop in testosterone by maintaining adequate consumption of saturated fat [5]."

Study that decreased dietary fat ended up decreasing Testosterone:

Diet and serum sex hormones in healthy men.

"The possible effect of dietary fat content and the ratio of polyunsaturated to saturated fatty acids (P/S-ratio) on serum sex hormones was studied in 30 healthy male volunteers. The customary diet of the subjects, which supplied 40% of energy as fat (mainly from animal sources, P/S-ratio 0.15) was replaced for a 6 weeks period by a practically isocaloric experimental diet containing significantly less fat (25% of energy) with a higher P/S-ratio (1.22) and other environmental factors were stabilized."

But I mean you can get up to ~700ng/dl through diet alone. You can get up to ~1000ng through diet, training and lifestyle.

You'll probably be fine.

----------------

Also if you're actually worried about your liver health, better than that Liv.52 bullshit:

Take some Spirulina + Berberine + which are all better for liver health

http://examine.com/supplements/Berberine/#summary15 <--- berberine is also good for cardiac fibrosis, which is important if you're taking cabergoline at all

http://examine.com/supplements/Spirulina/#summary13 <--- good and also cheap

http://www.amazon.com/Thorne-Research-Berberine--500/dp/B009LI7VRC/ <--- take just 1cap/day (WARNING: be very careful if you're also taking insulin!!!! It'll potentiate the shit out of it's effects in non-diabetics)

http://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Spirulina-Tablets-500-Count/dp/B000MGSHXE/ <--- take 2-6 tabs/day (3 tabs is probably fine)

My wife has run it a few times at 20mg. 10mg for 6 weeks won't be that dramatic but it will be decent. Most newer women can build muscle while cutting on Var, but once they are more advanced it just spares muscle while cutting. Make sure she takes TUDCA and Niacin for Liver and Lipid Support.

This is an awesome program for the donk. http://www.amazon.com/Strong-Curves-Womans-Building-Better/dp/1936608642
