Get used to keeping your home thermostat at 78-80. My first summer here, I kept my AC at 72 ... my ex and I lived in a newish 600 Sqft home at the time... our power bill in June was $360! Also if you have a smart thermostat from NV energy, expect it to get warm during peak hours. I uninstalled mine because of this.

I have a dash cam by AUKEY. My car is always parked outside, ranging from a semi-covered spot at work to open parking lots at Downtown Summerlin or Town Square. It works pretty well, it's not specifically rated for heat but I haven't had any issues with overheating, the pad for sticking it to my windshield has held up, and reviews seem to indicate the same in regards to reliability in heat. It's pretty inexpensive (only $70) so it's budget conscious, but there are better options that are officially rated for high temperature and higher resolution (the AUKEY shoots in 1080p) if you have the money to spend.
I second the idea of just doing it yourself. The sylvania kit the other commenter posted will work just fine if you’re doing it by hand. If you have a powered drill then I’d recommend this 3M one instead. Worked great for me on two separate vehicles.

Generic but they fit really well. The bottoms are adjustable to tighten them and they have clips at the bottom so they don’t blow away! We have a square coffee table and I ended up buying a fire pit cover instead of a table cover which worked great. Our furniture is actually up on the roof (flat deck up there), so it would be really taking a beating in the sun if we didn’t cover it.

I'm just under 30 miles line of site to the towers (point towards green valley ranch, then adjust with an app on your phone). I have 2 Samsung LED TVs, one is 5 years old the other 10. The 10-year-old tuner picks up more channels.

I'm sure there are better locks, but it seemed to make the bikes next to mine look more attractive to thieves than mine was (when I used it!). I always put the front wheel, frame, and whatever I was locking to through the U and then ran the cable through my rear wheel.
It is worth getting a patch of astroturf of one of those relief boxes (you can get them at some pet stores) if you have the yard space. The astroturf/relief box just needs to be hosed down every few weeks to get rid of any smells and to keep things clean.
When my dog is outdoors either in the yard or when we're taking our daily walk around the neighborhood, I take a stick with a bag at the end, and my dog poops directly the bag. Works right away, doesn't scare the dog.
