Used, the one listed as multi format [misnomer, it's blu only], bc the blu ray listed one is a UK import.
Or check best buy?
I bought this one back in 2014 and had good luck with it, but there may be cheaper ones. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AEU2J8W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Thanks! I thought about the binder/wallets but thought it would be too annoying to turn through. Here is the link for the one I own in case you were curious. I keep a Google spreadsheet with all the discs and their numbers and then it has a lever that you can move to that exact number to pick out a disc.

What do plan on using it on?
I am thinking of getting Predator 3 Movie Bundle via D2D (Disc to Digital conversion) for myself
https://www.amazon.com/Predator-3-Movie-Collection-UltraHD-Blu-ray/dp/B07D512DLD
3 Movies at $2
Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark [Blu-ray] https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FZIJ18Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_Kiv1AbTHYZRFM
M2D = scan barcode on back of DVD or BR; limit 100 conversions a year.
D2D = scan DVD or BR disc on computer; unlimited conversions.
Pricing is the same between both: DVD = $5/HDX | BR = $2/HDX.
But I'm sort of confused now how you originally scanned it. lol. When you say you scanned the DVD code... you mean the barcode? Because that should be M2D. It might not have been a recognized UPC, which I run into at times. Kind of annoying when you own a movie that's eligible, but the barcode isn't one they have in their system. But there are workarounds to it.
I know 100% that this Blu-ray edition with the barcode "025192072918" scans on M2D as does the Ultimate Edition on DVD. Tested both earlier, as I don't own the digital version (been holding off for years to see if VUDU would get the Director's Cut version in).
