Made the design (my roommate helped me) in Photoshop and then bought a custom design flag from Amazon where you send them the design and they'll make it.

You have to ask for the four holes without the white border though.
Might make an Asuka flag as well.
edit: The quality is really good, it'll take about 2 weeks or so to arrive.
Amazon has groups that make flags I have a bastion flag above my desktop only cost me 15 bucks or so. Takes a while to come from China but the guy does great work. Chinese Company. Extremely cheap, but pretty pixalated up close. I have a few, fabric quality is decent. 9/10 considering price.
