I have this Accuweight food scale and it's fine. Generally, any digital food scale is fine. I went with this one because it looks minimal on my counter.

I love my Spiralizer. I have a Paderno one that I picked up for $10 at a yard sale, but any counter top model is fine. Don't go with the handheld type, they can only do softer vegetables of a certain size.

I make banana "soft serve" a lot, so I get a lot of use out of my Yonanas machine. I know a food processor can do the same thing, but I find it easier to wash the Yonanas parts than my food processor parts.

I also use my immersion blender a lot. It's perfect for blended soups. I also use it to make cottage cheese pancakes and blended puddings (easier cleanup compared to using a blender or food processor)
