These chinese knives are all over Aliexpress and Amazon. Here's one for $17.
And here's one I got for $8 without the fake damascus layers that claims to have Aus-8 steel (better than the steel you linked). I personally got this one to practice sharpening with. Here's a mini review I did (more to come...).
If you're actually looking for knives to use, I'd spend that $90 on a single good chef's knife instead, like a Fujiwara FKM or for a step up the Gesshin Stainless. Check the getting started guide for a few more recommendations.
Hmm, sounded interesting, but not available anymore. Knife #1, Knife #2, and Knife #3 all look similar. Did you try cutting with it after or before sharpening? The big complaint is that it isn't sharp, so it might do better after sharpening. I don't mind a bit of a project, and I have a full metal shop and wood shop that I think I can use to work on knives.
