Vega is good but I personally like Amazing Grass Watermelon Energy (also available in lemon-lime). You can get a 30-serving or 100-serving size on Amazon right now with a 20% off coupon.
I used to LOVE meat, but decided to go vegan 5 years ago after being convinced of the health benefits (I was quite overweight). It went very well at first, but I've had increasing difficulty sticking to it, and went from vegan --> vegetarian --> pescatarian over the last few years. After discovering this WOE via the Petersons, I'm currently transitioning to ZC and very excited about it!

My question: I drink a green drink, Amazing Grass, daily and I really love it. Obviously, I'm not truly carnivore/ZC if I don't give it up, and I will eventually do so at least long enough to see how I feel without it. What I'm wondering is, do you all think that drinking this stuff will prevent me from seeing the benefits of ZC, or can I cling to this habit a while longer (as many do with coffee) without sabotaging my ZC diet?
