I have this filter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XW7MNM8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that I just got when upgrading to my 20 gallon but I would be happy to return it (thanks Amazon) for a HOB. I had to adjust the flow of this one, though, using a DIY baffle of sorts, since the flow is too strong. Does this seachem one have an adjustable flow? I can't really tell from the description. I haven't added it yet but I do plan to get a betta as the final occupant of the tank.

Edit: Just kidding, I saw that it does have an adjustable flow. Is it easy to do? I haven't had a HOB in years, and back then I had no idea what I was doing.
