For sure, the TV is 48 inches, the middle monitor is 29inch ultrawide. The two outer monitors are 23inch each.

I use this for a 27 inch monitor and a 22.5 inch. Works great for those, not 100% sure if two 28 would fit though

If you aren't doing anything special with the 2nd monitor, then you can just get the cheapest on available with good reviews. However, I would recommend you match screen size.

To fix issues with the stand, you can use the savings to get a VESA mounting arm. As a bonus, these arms are very modifiable, and many people prefer them to stands anyways. Here is one such example, although plenty exist.
