What kind of games will you be playing?

I’d prob go with the RTX 2080 super or maybe even the standard 2080 (some of them dropped a bit in price).

I just built my PC with an ASUS ROG STRIX 2080 SUPER and it’s an absolute beast. I’d find it difficult to justify the extra $400-500 for a non-significant improvement tbh, though I don’t doubt the 2080ti is still amazing.

Instead I’d use the extra bit of money to get a better PSU and NVME drive. Those things are more settled in a PC build, since GPUs are very very easy to upgrade in the future. Swapping storage drives may be a bigger hassle, so I’d get a good one right off the bat. Same for PSUs.

I’d get an EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G+, 80 Plus Gold 850W For $30 more, you get a fully modular, higher efficiency rated, 10 year warranty (5 extra years than the one you chose) PSU that’s well built. A no brainer in my eyes. Most of the time, companies usually leave the better parts and features for their higher rated PSUs.

CPU was overkill for gaming.

Better CPU cooler.

Mobo seems good. Hard to tell with X570, there are pretty much no reviews yet.

RAM is faster (lower CAS latency) and also, RGB.

SSD is basically the same thing except it has better reviews and it's cheaper.

Used the money saved from CPU "downgrade" to upgrade the GPU. That's just a placeholder, get the 2080 Super. It just came out like yesterday, I guess it's not on PCPartPicker yet. Here's the Amazon link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VFKM4VQ/

Cases are partially a matter of opinion, but like, seriously, I think this is the best case available. Looks awesome, non-tinted tempered glass window, dust filters on all sides, great build quality, PSU basement etc.

Great PSU, SeaSonic is known for making great power supply's. Has a 10 year warranty.

You don't need that many extra fans, but these are good fans, and it literally cost more to get less fans. If you put them all in (and include the pre-installed fans that come with the Case) you'l just have one spare, so it works out nicely.

Any questions?

ASUS Strix 2080 Super is IN STOCK ON AMAZON RIGHT NOW GO GET IT BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. I've been waiting for my 2070 Super for 2 weeks now, but it should be shipping this week.

3900Xs have been going in and out of stock pretty frequently lately. Multiple times a week, I think. You should be able to snag one quickly if you set up stock alerts on a few websites.
