I love all the down tunings but all my guitars are E standard, so i picked one of these up.

All you need is a 1/4 inch cable from guitar to input, then the rocksmith cable from the output and you can shift between Eb and D standard. And just drop d to get Eb drop Db and D drop C. It works perfectly for me.

Another option: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0016MJ1T2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.

I have found that I prefer actually tuning, rather using the pedal. I hear enough of the "wrong" pitches from the strings to find it distracting.

Yeah I used http://www.amazon.com/BEHRINGER-ULTRA-SHIFTER-HARMONIST-US600/dp/B0016MJ1T2/ for a while. I wound up eventually just dealing with the tuning though since theres enough songs in each tuning now.

But good to get a feel for those songs you dont play much.

Behringer harmonist is the cheapest effect there. I use it on the "flutter" setting to warp my pitch up or down real fast when I step on the pedal. It's like a momentary thing. It works well for that and it does it a little differently like you would with a whammy pedal. But it's one trick pony for me because I think the pitch shifting kinda sucks. It's not glitchy in a cool way like the older boss ones. The rest will prob cost at least as much as the lofi junky. but at least with some of them you get more for your money than just one effect.especially the H9, for the other end of the $$$ spectrum. That's a killer pedal. Especially if you record a lot. If you mostly play live, it's frustrating only being able to use one effect at a time, but if you record, you have all these great effects to layer and overdub with. Totally worth the price.

Never used this, so I don't have an opinion on it, however, it exists, and is pretty much as cheap as harmonizers get.
