Sorry for the French link.
With the door frame thingy I could have both end of the bands in each hand and do cable flies, cable rows, curls, extensions and stuff. And with my foot on the cable I could do lateral and rear delt raises.
Would not recommend it to train for real as even the strongest band still feels really light but for a pump itβs pretty decent.
