Depending on what lighting you want I would do anywhere from 400-600w light that can do mh and hps light. (mh for vegetation and hps for flowering)

After that you will need fans definitely for the lighting, a fan for your plants and then grow nutrients.
This is to give you an idea the big 3 is your base either soil or Hydro, the lighting which is expensive and the tent.

Small tent, good quality, minor light leak on the zipper. No longer available but posted it to give feedback on cheap tents vs the 100$+ ones. Personally I think they all come from the same place.
