Yay! I really hope it works for you. I def had PP depression although I wasn't really aware of it at the time (strange as that sounds). Luckily the anxiety held off for a bit, but, yeah.

I use the tiniest dab possible. Like, maybe the size of a BB or something, and I rub it on my wrists. (Location is important, I've read, because it affects absorbability.)

Also, I bought vitamin B6 and I've been taking that too. Seems it can also help to alter the estrogen/progesterone ratio (but not nearly as dramatically).
