Blair's Sudden Death.

One drop will make an entire pot of food (soup, gumbo, jambalaya...) too hot for most people. Flavor is pretty good for something that hot.

I'll put that on my list of sauces to try. I consider Blair's Sudden Death to be my favorite hot hot sauce.
