To build on this, I did a bunch of research and it seems like the best fish oil (some research indicates, the only good fish oil due to most being super heated in processing) is fermented cod liver oil.
Sounds completely disgusting, and it would be except an ingenious company makes a version packed with cinnamon that goes down easy and doesn't taste like fish livers. I opt to eat a spoonful or two of coffee ice cream after taking it to further negate any aftertaste.
