If that's a generic bar (all steel weights are basically generic) then this is a terrible deal. You can get 300 lbs weights and a generic bar at Dick's for $200.
My math says this is only 245 lbs of used weights and a used bar. [Edit: My math is wrong, it's 300 lbs oops]
Plate trees are hard to come by used so aren't as much of a discount, but you should be able to get something that works at least as well for $125 right now on Amazon with free shipping.
Looks like someone is charging retail prices for used gear. At $200 or $250 this is a fine deal, at $300 it's not a rip-off, at $400 it's a rip-off.
