I have sensitive skin as well (and naturally, the hairs are coarse, so it eats razors for breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Three years ago, I picked up a Braun S3 with the Clean and Renew system and it works wonders, especially since the cleaning action helps preserve the cutting heads.

Also, since I do a lot of traveling, the battery on the S3 is nice as it lasted me 2.5 weeks without needing to be charged.

I picked mine up off of Amazon where it is now $89, with an additional $10 off.

ETA: IME, the only way to truly deal with shaving issues, especially for sensitive skin is to have laser hair removal done. It's fairly inexpensive now and even to just thin out the hair is making irritation less. However, it is painful (ex. take a rubber band and snap it on your face...now repeat this 40 times or so), but I have no complaints as I don't have to deal with as much facial hair as I used to.
