I did a 4'x4' topper that sits on my coffee table and raises the playig surface so that you can play comfortably while sitting on the sectional. Covered it in headliner material to make it quiet/make cards easy to pick up, though I love the look of yours. I do still need to buy and install a rail, and have been looking at different trims and baseboard for it. So I looked all over for cupholders that clip, including the ones you posted above.

The issue I ended up having was that those specific ones are very small and finding large ones like that are almost impossible. The second issue is that if they are not attached then they can easily slide out from under the topper. I bought three different clip-style cupholders that were the best I could find and all three ended up being sub-par and not practical.

I ended up using these and they are absolutely perfect. Super sturdy, large and they can be placed on the table. You can even use them with wine glasses.

Zero spills so far after more than a dozen game nights.
