I tend to drink more than that but the easiest way would be to purchase a 1L refillable bottle like this and gradually drink a full bottle before lunch, and gradually drink a full bottle after lunch.
When I am not being lazy and neglectful I tend to drink one bottle before lunch, one during my workout, one after lunch, and one after dinner.
