Which together costs less than a pack of 15 cartridges

Any tips for getting a better shave around the end of the chin? I can't figure a good way to hold the skin tight, and the individual hairs seem thicker and more closely grouped making it hard to get them all even. The worst is when there's a couple hairs that seem to dodge repeated passes with the razor.

I'm using Feather blades and this Utopia Care razor which may be terrible. I've also got a Wilkinson one kicking around, but the Utopia Care one seems to do a better job.

Same razor is 6.99 at IB, but Prime shipping is what it is, free with membership and usually fast as hell. Horses for courses. Definitely IB is better in the affordable soap department. Brush prices are fungible.

The Utopia razor on Amazon is interesting. The price varies. Subtract the blades and it's about a ten buck D89 clone. Head's supposedly sometimes an iffy casting, but the handle is good. But...the Baili/DE1 has that sweet quality control that's a better beginner choice.
