I'd recommend getting a little of each and seeing which ones help your pain the best (avoid getting any tinctures, extracts, or anything stronger than regular kratom, as this will be very strong and increase your tolerance). You'll want to get a kitchen scale to measure out your doses accurately (one that measures in grams).

Start low, with 3 grams or so, and increase by 0.5 g each time you take it until you get the results you are looking for. Then stay at that dose as long as possible. Make sure you take it when you get up and have an empty stomach, and avoid taking it with dairy, as this will coat your stomach and hamper the effects.

I also recommend getting a blender bottle to mix it in a liquid. I recommend shaking it up with either strong orange juice (get frozen OJ and use a bit less water than it calls for) or chocolate or dark chocolate almond milk. It tastes like shit, so be prepared for that.

It also makes some people nauseated, so I recommend getting some Chimes ginger chews and eating 2 of those after you take your kratom so that your tummy is okay. Ginger also has some antiinflammatory properties itself.

I take 2 of these capsules about 30 minutes prior to taking my kratom, as it is said to potentiate the kratom and also have antiinflammatory properties, and then I take 1.5 g agmatine sulfate right before taking my kratom, as it helps keep tolerance down and helps keep any withdrawals at bay if I can't take my kratom right on time.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. I truly believe that kratom saved my life. I'm still in pain, obviously, but it treats it well enough (and without being a drugged up zombie) that it's worth it. It does still make you a bit high when you take a higher dose, but nothing on the level of prescription narcotics.

Also, you should visit /r/kratom and/or /r/KratomKorner. Those are both great communities for people who use kratom, and you can get answers to a lot of your questions there. Good luck! I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.

Ginger Chews works well. I rarely get nausea unless I dose too high, but I keep these on hand:
