I got mine from Amazon.
What size board are you looking for? MK.com still has a nonbacklit Ducky One w/ MX Greens.
There's also the Pok3r, QFR, WASD Code and WASD v2.
Greens are more difficult to get your hands on. Not impossible, but more difficult. I can tell you right now that Pokers don't come in greens. (Though if you're capable, you could do what I did and buy green switches and a poker and soldier them on)

And ducky makes a green board but it's out of stock everywhere I looked. It's not TKL but it exists. Ducky is good at thingsIf you want the backlighting and/or DIP switches that the CODE has, go for that. Otherwise I don't think there's any reason not to get the Quickfire.
Also, did you mean the Quickfire TK or the Quickfire Rapid? There's also the Quickfire Rapid Stealth with greens.
QFR with greens would be good

was never a fan of heavy switches but the green is a lot better than black IMO.
CM Storm QFR is the absolute best keyboard you will find with Greens for less than $100. $74 is the cheapest I have seen the price as well. You could go for a KB Paradise V60 with Gateron Greens. Otherwise in the $100+ category, look at Ducky, KB Paradise, Vortex, or WASD.
I just built this:

for nearly the exact same purpose and it's incredible. So if you plan on overclocking get the i7-6700k. Otherwise get the i7-6700.
Just double-checking, this is the one? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C2MBG2U/ref=twister_B01IILZQN8?_encoding=UTF8&th=1
Are the varying prices in the Rapid models just due to color availability or actual differences?
I don't know about that site, so it's hard to say. If you're looking for that keyboard with black switches you can get it from amazon for $59.99 with free shipping.
It's hard to find a good keyboard for $50-70. If you don't mind greens however, you can get a QFR with Cherry MX Greens from Amazon for $66.
The Zhuque is a unique keyboard in that it would allow you to swap switches without needing to solder each key individually. So either way you would be making a good choice.
I was about to ask which layout you prefer, but since I'm unfortunately not going to be back on for the rest of the day, I'll just list all the green keyboards that I know of and their respective links:
Full size:
CM QuickFire TK
CM QuickFire XT
WASD v2 104-key
WASD CODE 104
TKLs:
CM QuickFire Rapid
CM QuickFire Steath
WASD v2 TKL
WASD CODE TKL
EDIT: Had to reformat the links cause I screwed up. :V
This would probably be a good time to mention that both companies (CM and WASD) have quality boards for I have a WASD v2 and a QFR in greens and I recommend either one.
If anyone else in the community know of a green board that I missed, adding on would be appreciated!.
Unless you want to spend an arm and a leg on an IBM SSK, I'd suggest looking for another SiiG. OR if you feel like taking the (slight) risk, look for a TKL board with MX Greens. I know Cooler Master made a QFR with Greens,
not sure if they still have any for sale or not though.I have heard many people claim that MX Greens are very similar to buckling springs.EDIT: Apparently Amazon still has some of those QFR w/Greens in stock: http://www.amazon.com/Storm-QuickFire-Rapid-Tenkeyless-Mechanical/dp/B00C2MBG2U
It's slightly more than your $100 budget, but only by $6.66...
16GB, and it's a Quickfire Rapid (newer model, no branding) with MX Greens and Tai Hao white blank PBT keycaps. Outdated photo, but I get the sneaking feeling you saw it the first time around.
On Amazon, it's $107.17 for the QFR with Greens and $89.99 for the QFS with Greens.
Take the average and call it $100 to buy it from a retailer, plus $15 for the keycaps.
I didn't want to spend this much money, but fuck it, I'm in too deep...
Can I take the switches and board from QuickFire TKL to TEX Aluminum Case and fit GMK Keycaps on to it?
Is there a cheaper option to achieve the above, perhaps a way to buy just the switches and board?
EDIT: Is there a TKL wooden frame? I can only find 60%.
If you really want to go heavy like you say, blues are out of the question, they are pretty light. I've only tried blues, browns, and buckling springs - the browns felt too light for my typing style, I got used to blues and thought those were fine, but then I tried a Unicomp and now when I try the blue board it feels way too light for me and I make more typing mistakes. If you want clicky for sure, you can get a board with greens here if you live in the US for like $110.
