I personally only like adding Aardvark (the red one) to my tomato soup. My personal favorite hot sauce is Colon Cleaner and I'd say it's a medium heat. Mustard seed based with habanero pepper. We have a huge collection of Hot Sauces and about half of them I'd recommend to anyone.
