I bought these.
Just get this and problem solved. Not to mention it's better than the tips it comes with. I have these and they are wonderful. And yes, I can still charge with those tips. It is a bit tighter but it's not a problem.

FWIW, I have the original/kickstarter version for the last 18 months or so, no body noises. I've been using earbuds/in-ear-monitors for about 10 years so I may just not notice it anymore.
