Daughter is 14 months, and I got started a little within the last couple weeks. We had a potty seat already and I try to put her on it whenever I change her diaper. Thus far nothing (I assume because I miss the timing, although she might hold it because it feels weird). I'm doing it super low stress, though. If she ever goes in the toilet, I'll make a big deal of it, but otherwise it's just something I'm trying to make a habit of. I bought this book as a guide, although I'm barely following it. XD I don't think my daughter would be confused about toilets if I stopped now, but that might just be because she hasn't drawn the connection between toilets and excreting yet.

A motivating factor for me, admittedly, is that she doesn't like staying still for diaper changes. Something a little easier to put on her would have been nice. (She could take off pull-ups way too easily when we tried that).
