Get a small screw and screw it part way into the jack, use a pair of pliers to pull on the screw. Second best bet would be the super glue method but that risks gluing the jack right in there.
If you have a dremel you may have a mandrel that looks like this which may work perfectly. Just carefully screw that screw into the broken jack but donβt over tighten, the mandrel is long enough to allow you to pull it out.
