Favorite is probably the rollator (a walker with wheels and a seat with a basket under the seat) I got for my mom. Less than $60 shipped and she uses it all the time and ditched her walker.
Least favorite is probably any of the crappy Bluetooth headphones I bought because they were cheap and had good reviews; turns out most of those reviews were compensated and the headphones sucked. Finally found some with actual, legitimate good reviews but I went through a lot of crappy pairs first.
ETA: Was on mobile so didn't link at the time, but this is the rollator I bought, and these are the headphones I went with. (On a semi-related note, if anyone has any recs for in-ear BT buds/phones around $100 or so I'd be very interested! :D)
