There are two choices you may have not have considered. Luxury vinyl planks, and wood-look ceramic or porcelain planks.

I went with 1300 square feet of the Daltile wood-look planks, and am almost embarrassed at how easy it is to keep clean. I tell Alfred to vacuum it occasionally, and that's about it.
