I got this one. There are many different types available and they all do pretty much the same thing, so just pick one that has what you need (number of inputs etc)
The only way is to basically get a Optical switch box and plug all 3 optical outs from the consoles and PC into this which then goes to the headset receiver.... and then manually change the input when you switch consoles.
Your best bet is probably just buy a used Astro A50 gen 2, and if you don't got the new controllers, get a headset adapter so you can unplug and plug into the other consoles (other than the PC, since most wireless headsets support usb mics for PC)

so i could get something like this and in theory all should work fine correct?
