Regular lotion won't cut it (not even lubriderm). Get yourself some Eucerin or comparable (eg Aquaphor or Cerave). The good stuff comes in a tub.
I think the closest I can find ingredients wise would be Eucerin Advanced Repair creme. It has NMF, ceramide, cholesterol, urea

This product looks like it just has a bunch of different oils - which isn't a bad thing - but honestly you'd be better off just getting some of your argon or sun flower or coconut oil - it'd be much much cheaper.
i use eucerin intensive repair cream and it's amazing. Being a sensitive skin haver, this stuff is my holy grail.
For my face i use cerave hydrating cleanser and the PM moisturizer (use it day and night).
