Damn, you're right. The Leviton site only has one picture and the front tabs make it look like it would have 2 screws on each side like a normal splittable duplex outlet.
I did a bit more digging and this is another one that might do it. Again it only shows one side but they're both copper screws and they have the snippable center that one sees on splittable receptacles

That one is rather expensive, and it took me quite awhile to find something that showed both sides but this one seems to show 2 screws on either side
There's another variation in the 7949, but it's out-of-stock on Amazon so I can't see pricing

According to this site, the 7949 has 4 pins which would give you two hots, a common/neutral, and a ground.

I DO NOT know code for your area so don't take this as electrical advice (consult a local electrician), but I believe most places allow a single common so long as both hots are on a ganged breaker (if one trips they both do, but they independently supply 15a each)
